2.3 License payments

In this section, you can view all active applications and licenses you currently hold.
For each application, the following information is displayed:

• Application Name: (e.g., WMS System, GeoTrain AI, Application Creator).

• Subscription: Information about the current license status or trial period.

• Expiration Date: Shows until when the license is valid (e.g., 08/07/2028).

• You can add a new license or pay for an existing one using the "+" icon and the "currency" symbol at the end of each row. By clicking on these icons, you can manage your licenses, such as adding new subscriptions or renewing existing ones.

This module allows you to flexibly manage your licenses, deciding how many you will use at a given time.

Adding a Program (Monthly Subscription)

To add a new program or license, you must select the following options:

• Select Period: Choose the duration for which the subscription will be purchased (e.g., "For a month").

• Number of Users: Specify how many users the license should cover.

• Price: The total gross price for the selected subscription will be displayed at the bottom (e.g., 249.00 zł net / 306.27 zł gross for a monthly subscription).

• After making your selection, click "Confirm" to finalize the license purchase, or "Cancel" if you wish to cancel the transaction.

Payment Method Selection

When making a payment, you can choose from various payment methods:

• Online and Traditional Bank Transfer

• BLIK

• Card Payment (e.g., Visa, MasterCard)

• Google Pay

• Apple Pay

• P24NOW Limit (option to pay later or in installments)
  Select your preferred payment method and click "Confirm" to continue the payment process.

You will be redirected to the payment gateway to complete the payment.

Payment History

In this section, you can view the history of your payments for various applications in the system.
For each payment, the following information is displayed:

• Payment Date: The date when the payment was made or is scheduled.

• Invoice Status: The status of the payment (e.g., "Pending", "Paid", "Canceled").

• Price: The amount to be paid or already paid in PLN.

• Currency: The currency in which the payment was made (in this case, PLN).

• Application and License: Information about the application and the license (e.g., "WMS System", "Monthly Subscription").

• Quantity: The number of users or units in the subscription.

• Valid From-To: The license validity period.
  By clicking on individual rows, you can get additional details about each payment.
