1.3 Main screen and systems

How to use the interface

  • Select the appropriate option from the panel on the left to manage your account, users, or payments.

  • Click on one of the available modules (WMS, TMS, GeoTrainAI, SkanujfakturÄ™.pl, Application Creator) to access the desired system functionality.

Main application page

In the main part of the application, in the center, you will see various application modules that can be launched:

  • Pinquark WMS: A warehouse management module. It allows tracking inventory, managing stock levels, and handling warehouse operations.

  • Pinquark TMS: A transportation management module. It enables managing a fleet of vehicles, planning routes, and tracking shipments.

  • GeoTrainAI: A module that monitors vehicle locations using artificial intelligence. It can assist in optimizing transportation routes.

  • Skanujfakture.pl: A module that allows scanning and recognizing invoices. It automates the invoice bookkeeping process through quick processing.

  • Application Creator: A tool for creating your own business applications or customizing the interface according to the company's needs. It is a low-code platform.

Main Menu (Side panel on the left)

On the left-hand side panel, you will find several options that allow you to navigate the application:

  • Main Panel: Clicking here will take you to the main page of the application.

  • My Account: In this section, you can manage your account information, such as changing personal data, email, password, etc.

  • Users: A section for managing users. You can add, edit, or delete users who have access to the system.

  • Roles: Manage user roles, such as administrator, manager, or employee. You can set appropriate access levels for each role here.

  • Payments: A section where you can manage payments for application services.

  • Servicedesk: A customer support section where you can report technical issues or ask questions about the system's functionality.

At the very bottom of the side panel, there are company-related options:

  • Create Company: Clicking here allows you to add a new company to the system.

  • Switch Company: Allows you to quickly switch between different companies you have registered.

  • Logout: Allows you to log out of the application.
